Enabling Tracking Services Prompts

Use this option to enable tracking service prompts while running mail. You can enable the following prompts: Apply label, Enter customer reference, Enter BPOD for Signature Confirmation, Print receipt, Upload records, and Print postal manifest.

  1. Select the Settings button on the Home screen.
  2. The Settings screen displays. Select Applicationsfrom the list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Tracking Services.
  4. Select the tracking services prompts you want to appear while running mail. A check mark indicates that a prompt is selected.
  5. Select Done to return to the Home screen.
